Founder — Sheikh-ul-Hadith (d. 2020)
Under the leadership of the late Mufti Muhammad Naeem (RA), Jamia Binoria Aalamia rose to international prominence. A respected jurist, teacher of Hadith and tireless advocate of moderation and interfaith dialogue, he gave the institution its global standing.
He pioneered the world's first online fatwa service, expanded the institution's welfare and media reach, and welcomed students from dozens of nations. His passing in 2020 was mourned across the Muslim world, yet the institution he built continues to flourish in his memory.

A scholar of remarkable resolve and piety, Qari Abdul Haleem (RA) is honoured as the patron whose devotion shaped the spirit of Binoria. His vision of an institution rooted in tradition yet open to the world continues to guide it today.
From its earliest days, the seminary reflected his belief that knowledge unaccompanied by compassion is incomplete — a principle that still defines every department of the institution.
President
A distinguished mufti and scholar, Dr. Mufti Noman Naeem carries forward the founding vision of Binoria. He leads the institution's educational, juridical and welfare work, guiding its continued growth at home and abroad.
Under his presidency, Binoria continues to advance research, international partnership and reform — while holding firmly to the authentic scholarship on which it was built.
A devoted team of senior scholars guides the academic, spiritual and administrative life of the institution.

Binoria is administered as a non-political, non-profit institution. Its educational, financial and welfare activities are overseen by experienced scholars and administrators and subject to internal and external review.
