You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next.

Jamia Binoria Aalamia respects your right to control your personal information. If you have interacted with us through our website, or through a login or social platform such as Facebook, you may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. We will honour every valid request.
Depending on how you have engaged with us, we may hold basic details such as your name, email address, phone number, and—where you used a social or login platform—the limited profile information that platform shares with us (for example, your public name and email). We do not store passwords or complete payment card details.
To request the deletion of your personal data, simply contact us using any of the methods below and state that you would like your data deleted. Please send your request from, or mention, the same email or account you used with us so we can identify your records.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity, locate any personal data associated with you, and permanently delete it from our active systems. We aim to complete this within thirty (30) days. Where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, financial records of donations), we will inform you and delete the remaining data.
If you connected to us through Facebook or another social platform, that platform only shares limited information with us. Upon your request, we will delete any such information we have stored. You may also remove our app’s access at any time directly from your Facebook settings, under “Apps and Websites”.
